  • GUNIWHEEL™ is designed as an alternative to jack stands and other vehicle mounts that leave vehicles immobile. It is intended for safe mounting and moving purposes.

  • GUNIWHEEL™ is not a spare wheel or tire / tyre. It is not intended for road use. It may be used to move vehicles around a shop or lot at a max speed of 5mph / 8km/h.

  • Before installation, make sure the hub/rotor is securely attached to the car and free of any damage.

  • GUNIWHEEL™ 45S & 56 are fully patented products. U.S. Patent #D874387

  • If the vehicle has oversized brake calipers, a GUNISPACER™ should be used behind the GUNIWHEEL™ to create enough clearance from the caliper to allow an unobstructed rotation of the GUNIWHEEL™ while securing the correct position against the hub/rotor. (see Figure 1).

  • The GUNISPACER™ should only be used as a brake caliper clearance device. It is not a washer for bolts and lug nuts that are not the suitable size to secure the GUNIWHEEL™.

  • If oversized brake calipers are not present on the vehicle, skip to step 2.

GUNIWHEEL™ 56 is for utes and large SUV’s with larger centerbores and 5 & 6 lug pattern configurations. PCD compatibility is location on their product pages.

  • Place the GUNIWHEEL™ flush against the hub/rotor. (see Figure 2).

  • We strongly recommend using M15 6mm GUNIWASHERS with GUNIWHEEL™ (see Figure 3).

  • By using GUNIWASHERS, you will prevent damage to the GUNIWHEEL™ face and prevent lug nut/bolt over-tightening.

  • Once the GUNIWHEEL™ is in the correct position, insert the suitable bolts into the lug holes and make sure to tighten the bolts to snug 50 lbs max torque.

  • If the vehicle has the stubs (bolts) extruding from the hub/rotor make sure the lug nuts can tighten GUNIWHEEL™ securely against the hub. (see Figure 5).

  • If there is any noticeable movement of the GUNIWHEEL™ once the lug nuts or bolts are tightened to 50 lbs max torque , then the installation is not correct. The GUNIWHEEL™ should be remounted and tightly secured to the hub/rotor.

  • Do not over torque the lug nuts/bolts as this may damage to the lug pattern. 50 lbs max torque.

  • Motorised use of a vehicle with the GUNIWHEEL™ has a max speed limit of 5mph / 8km/h.

  • GUNIWHEEL™ comes equipped with speed humps on the rubber tread (see Figure 6).

  • These humps will shake the vehicle at speeds over 5mph / 8km/h.

  • We recommend replacing GUNIWHEEL™ when the speed humps are worn to a level even with the rubber tread.

  • GUNIWHEEL™ can hold up to 2,500 lbs / 1134 kg each.

  • The manufacturers and distributors of GUNIWHEEL™ are not liable for any damages as a result of improper installation or non-recommended use.
